AI Systems Strategist
You will run AI audits: hours of interviews with founders and operators, mapping how their businesses actually work, and turning what you hear into prioritized automation roadmaps with real ROI math. You are the person who decides what we build and why.
What you will own
- Lead audit interviews with clients, in person and virtual
- Map operations, find bottlenecks, and qualify automation ideas
- Build ROI projections and prioritized roadmaps
- Present findings to founders and answer the hard questions
- Feed learnings from live systems back into the roadmap
What we need from you
- 3+ years in operations, consulting, or systems roles
- You can interview a stranger and leave with their whole process mapped
- Comfortable with numbers: loaded costs, payback periods, ROI math
- Plain, confident writing. No decks full of buzzwords
Nice to have
- You have run or scaled a small business yourself
- Hands-on familiarity with automation tools
- Experience selling or scoping professional services
