1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Friday Labs services (“Services”), whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which you acknowledge you have read and understood.
Friday Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://fridaylabs.com/terms on a regular basis to remain informed of any updates.
2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER
Friday Labs, LLC (“Friday Labs”) cannot and does not make any guarantees regarding your ability to achieve results or earn money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. All non-subscription products include a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the training, you may request a refund within that period.
All products and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, our websites, or within our content should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. We do not offer legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial examples or numbers referenced are illustrative only and not to be construed as typical, average, or guaranteed results or earnings.
You alone are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. By registering, you agree not to hold us liable for your decisions or outcomes under any circumstances.
Hours of Operation
Friday Labs’ corporate office operates Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.
We close for all U.S. government-observed holidays.
These policies apply to all Friday Labs products and services sold on this site or any other Friday Labs site that links to this page.
3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Non-Subscription Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
100% money-back guarantee covers the price of the product only.
You have THIRTY (30) days from the date of original purchase to request a refund for eligible non-subscription digital products.
Any refund request received after the THIRTY (30) DAY limit will not be processed.
Once a valid refund request is submitted and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. For payments where that is not possible, Friday Labs may issue a refund by alternative method at its discretion.
Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no physical returns and no shipping or handling refunds or obligations.
3.2 Subscriptions, Trials, and Digital Memberships
Free Trials
Your Friday Labs membership may begin with a free trial. The free trial period is specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service.
Eligibility for free trials is determined solely by Friday Labs and may be limited to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to revoke a free trial and place your account on hold if we determine that you are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, payment method, or email address to determine eligibility.
Trial Billing
At the end of the free trial period, we will charge your payment method for your monthly membership fee unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the trial.
Billing Cycle
The membership fee for Friday Labs services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service (such as taxes and transaction fees) will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your paid membership. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your payment method does not successfully settle, or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Friday Labs may authorize your payment method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Friday Labs membership at any time. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial-month membership periods.
To cancel, go to the “My Profile” or “Account” page on our website, select “Cancel Membership,” and follow the instructions for cancellation.
If you cancel, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
Excessive Returns
Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific (non-subscription) digital product more than once. You may purchase a product multiple times, but the money-back guarantee is void for that specific product after two refunds.
3.3 Service-Based and Coaching Programs
All service-based and coaching programs are non-refundable.
If you are not certain about the value of these programs in advance of making an investment, you should not invest until you are confident. Once you have received access to our intellectual property, systems, frameworks, and materials, they cannot be “returned” or “unseen.” Therefore, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS on service-based or coaching programs.
4. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Trial members will receive notice that their trial period is ending or that the paying portion of their membership has begun. We will continue to bill your payment method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer cancels.
Yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year at the stated retail price. Yearly subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal.
Refer to Section 3 for returns and subscription cancellation rules.
5. ON-DEMAND TRAINING AND COURSES
You have THIRTY (30) days from the date of original purchase to review the training and request a refund, subject to these conditions:
No refunds will be processed after THIRTY (30) days.
No refunds will be processed after the full course has been completed or substantially consumed (as determined by Friday Labs, e.g., completion of all modules or majority of lessons/content).
6. CLIENT & MEMBER DISCOUNT POLICY
From time to time, Friday Labs may offer active clients and members the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at discounted rates.
To be eligible for these discounts, you must be a member in good standing at the time of purchase.
No rebates or partial refunds will be offered if you purchase a training or product and then later join Friday Labs. Discounts are a benefit for active members, not an incentive for new members.
If a Friday Labs member purchases an item that was eligible for a discount and notifies Customer Support within 30 days of the purchase, a partial refund for the discounted amount may be offered. If not reported within 30 days, a credit for future purchases may be offered instead.
No refunds or credits will be offered more than 12 months after the date of purchase.
7. LIVE STREAMS
Refunds for live streams will only be provided when:
The customer is unable to watch the live stream due to technical issues, and
The refund request is made on the first day of the respective event.
Limitation on Liability
The Friday Labs stream and all associated content and software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Friday Labs does not guarantee that your use of the live stream will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Friday Labs is not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of networks, computer systems, servers, providers, software, or internet traffic issues, nor for any injury or damage to customers’ computers or devices arising from access, streaming, or downloads related to Friday Labs content.
If, for any reason, a stream cannot run as planned—due to virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any causes beyond our control—Friday Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the stream and/or any related offer or subscription.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of Friday Labs systems may violate criminal and civil laws. Friday Labs reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering with and using Friday Labs Services and to keep that information updated.
You agree that Friday Labs may store and use this information to maintain your account and bill fees.
8.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation, Friday Labs may allow you to access or re-download previously acquired digital training on supported devices.
Some previously acquired training or services may not be available for subsequent access or download at any time.
Friday Labs has no liability if certain content becomes unavailable.
Once you have accessed or downloaded an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it. You are responsible for backing up your content.
Friday Labs reserves the right to change content options, including eligibility for features, or remove access to previously purchased content if it is no longer valid or is deemed out of date.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES
Friday Labs may operate private communities or groups (e.g., Slack, Discord, Facebook, or other platforms).
General Rules
Business owners and professionals of all levels are welcome.
Keep all interactions respectful. Inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking comments may be deleted and may result in removal from the group.
No pitching to the group. No “shopping for customers,” affiliate link farming, or using group access to harvest leads.
No gated content. If you want feedback, post the asset directly (PDF, screenshot, etc.), not an opt-in form.
Respect confidentiality. Content shared in the group is not to be copied, repackaged, or shared externally.
Off-topic or non-relevant content may be removed at Friday Labs’ discretion.
Access to the group does not constitute endorsement by Friday Labs of any member’s products or services. Do your own due diligence.
Report posts that break these rules to the community manager or via platform tools.
Enforcement
Three warnings for rule violations may result in a 7-day removal from the group.
After the 7-day period, you may rejoin under a 30-day probation.
Further violations during probation may result in permanent removal.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Friday Labs Services, including but not limited to products, training, software, frameworks, graphics, user interfaces, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates, and scripts, contain proprietary information and material owned by Friday Labs and/or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way except for use of Friday Labs Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of Friday Labs Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without express written permission from Friday Labs.
You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on Friday Labs Services or branding, and not to exploit the Friday Labs brand in any unauthorized way.
Friday Labs and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Friday Labs products, content, or materials at any time without notice. In no event will Friday Labs be liable for making such changes. Friday Labs may impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of the services without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Friday Labs content and related software are owned by Friday Labs and/or its licensors, who reserve all rights.
