Automation Engineer
You will design and ship the automations and AI agents our clients run their businesses on. Real systems, real stakes, shipped in days not quarters. You will own builds end to end: scoping with the strategist, building on the client's stack, documenting, and handing off clean.
What you will own
- Build workflow automations and AI agents on tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, and custom code
- Integrate CRMs, email, accounting, and communication stacks
- Ship a first working system within the first week of an engagement
- Write documentation a non-technical operator can follow
- Monitor and improve live client systems
What we need from you
- 2+ years building production automations or integrations
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and reading other people's messes
- Strong written communication, you will talk to clients directly
- You have automated something in your own life just because it annoyed you
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
- Next.js or general web dev chops for portal work
- Agency or client-services background
